In May 2013, Shanghai Guixing provided precision equipment handling services for a semiconductor manufacturer's production line.
The company's representative explained that these imported laser machines were highly sensitive and required minimal vibration during handling, and the epoxy flooring in the factory building must not be damaged in the slightest.
After understanding the situation, Shanghai Guixing's engineering staff developed a construction plan. Considering the need to minimize vibration during handling while also preventing damage to the floor, they decided to use air cushions to handle these precision equipment. Because the air cushions are suspended in mid-air, they avoid direct contact with the ground, effectively addressing both of these key challenges.

Before construction began, our construction manager briefed all workers on the construction plan and provided technical support, ensuring every detail was taken care of. Upon completion, the equipment was inspected and, after confirming it was in good working order, debris left behind by the equipment was cleaned up.
