A long-term partner in Pudong, an electronic CNC factory, has been working with us for CNC equipment handling for years. With your factory’s continuous expansion, we are very familiar with handling, installation, and positioning of precision equipment. We are also highly knowledgeable about the assembly and performance of your machines.

Your factory workshop is on the 2nd–3rd floors. Although the equipment weighs only 1–2 tons, the factory environment and assembly requirements make manual handling impossible.

This lifting operation was completed in two phases, as the machines arrived at different times. In total, we handled the transport and assembly of 8 CNC machines. The lifting process focused on stability, and the use of movable unloading platforms ensured both equipment and personnel safety.

Since the factory elevators cannot accommodate the equipment and the production workshop is on the 2nd–3rd floors, all equipment handling is supported by our team. Your factory has grown steadily, from producing around 10 units initially to over 100 units currently.

CNC Installation Notes:

1.CNC cutting machines operate using pulsed current to cut steel or sheet materials. They require electrical connections, and some models (e.g., flame CNC cutters) also require air lines.

2.The precision part of the CNC cutting machine is the control cabinet, which mainly contains electrical components. Before lifting, the control cabinet should be removed and transported according to precision equipment handling procedures: moisture-proof, shock-proof, and vibration-proof.

3.Some parts of the CNC machine, such as torches and tool magazines, are movable. These components must be secured before lifting to prevent movement or falling, which could cause safety accidents.

4.During CNC machine installation, the hoisting company must follow the installation drawings carefully, considering the lengths of electrical wires and air lines.
