Injection Molding Machine Loading, Unloading, Transport, and Installation
[Application Service]: Equipment Loading, Unloading, and Transport
In June 2012, our company performed unloading, transporting, positioning, and installation services for a 1700 ENGEL injection molding machine for Shanghai Ziyuan Auto Parts Co., Ltd.
According to Ziyuan, the 1700 ENGEL injection molding machine is imported from Austria and features high precision, requiring minimal vibration. Furthermore, each unit weighs up to 80 tons. After an on-site site survey, our experienced technicians developed a scientific and rational construction plan.
We decided to use two 70-ton truck cranes to lift and unload the machine, followed by a large transport tank (10-ton forklift) to tow the equipment. However, due to the heavy weight of the equipment, there was a steep slope at the workshop entrance, and the forklift's pulling force was insufficient to move the tank directly up the slope, making the installation process more challenging. Drawing on previous experience and meticulous planning, our technicians implemented a stepped approach to guide the tank up the slope, significantly reducing construction time and allowing the equipment to arrive safely and quickly at the customer's designated location for docking and installation.
After the project was completed, our construction workers first inspected the equipment for collisions or damage. Once they confirmed the equipment was intact, they cleaned up the debris left behind during the transport process, earning high praise from Ziyuan's leadership.
In reality, this was just a routine operation for Shanghai Guixing. For years, Shanghai Guixing's unwavering mission has been: "To provide more customers with better service."
